The name of our company is Discovery-Based Retail. Discovery-Based Retail is also the name of a book written by one of our company’s founding partners, Phil Mitchell. This web site refers to both the company and the book.
Our company works with retail store managers and owners helping them to improve their profitability. We help stores make more money! We accomplish this through improving their customer interface. Customer interface deals with many aspects of retail operations. Customer interface includes things like exterior appeal, interior presentation, the customer shopping experience, retail sales space design, and customer service in the traditional sense. The process involve investigation, interpretation, strategizing, training and design.
