Our competitor contrast module assigns measurable values to many facets of the total shopping experience. When you see the results of this process displayed graphically you will have a much better idea of areas where your store needs improvement.

Once you know what your customers think about your store and want from your store, it is important to see who’s doing a better or worse job at providing those elements.
