			<description><![CDATA[As far as timing for meetings I have asked that employees come in 1 hour earlier than normal. I also require that the employees not scheduled to work that day show up too. I heard some grumbling at first, but everybody's adjusted.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[Sounds like a simple thing, but store meetings have been very helpful for me. I have noticed employee attitudes have improved and also some of the things we've discussed during the meetings have made me a better manager.]]></description>
