What we do:
· We interact with customers before they enter your store. Our short interviews will pinpoint specific information regarding customer data and their visit expectations. After the shoppers have completed their visit, we conduct a post-shop interview to determine how their visit expectations matched the results.

Why we do it:
· Because the retail environment is more competitive than ever, customers have more choices. It is a matter of both greater mobility and access to greater amounts of information. This interview process allows us to measure your store’s performance as regards real customer satisfaction. The information gives you a “leg up” in providing superior customer service. The process has the additional benefit of making customers feel that their feedback is important to you and your decision-making processes.

The benefit:
· This will probably give you your first objective look at how your customers view your store. What you think of your operation does not matter nearly as much as what your customers think. This process will give you a “customer’s eye” perspective.
