Key Employee Interview

What we do:
We conduct similar interviews with your assistant and floor managers. Although these interview sessions are structured differently they also produce answers to the question: How effective is our top-level communication?

Not only do these interviews produce interesting and enlightening feedback, but also employees are reinforced with a “need for team” mentality.
