This is another of the spreadsheets we wrote about in the book. It can help you to evaluate your store's position in its market place. This spread sheet will help you analyze critical variables that determine the choices people make as to where they will shop. This exercise includes elements of design, retail pull, communication and customer interface. It's a fun and helpful exercise that you can repeat occasionally to track your progress. When you have completed the data entry, push the print button and the Excel application prints a 7 page report including graphs and ratings of the various competitors. Be extremely honest with yourself about your store and you'll find the report enlightening.
This is an Excel application. It is saved in 1997-2000 format to make it backward compatible with older versions. If you do not have Excel installed on your computer, do not order this item!
